Include your order details
Please include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and your Digistore24 order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
Receive your refund
We will process your refund through Digistore24 within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- All products are digital downloads. Since nothing physical is shipped, there are no returns to process. Simply email us and your refund will be handled.
- Refunds are processed through Digistore24, our payment processor. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you purchased through a specific Digistore24 order, you can also request a refund directly through your Digistore24 account.
